Animal Park :
Ranbir Kapoor starrer film ‘Animal’ was released on Republic Day in January 2024 this year. The picture of Part 2 of the film which is going to be Animal Park is also becoming clear now. Its director Sandeep Reddy Vanga will be busy with Prabhas on ‘Spirit’ this entire year. ‘Animal Park’ will be taken on floors next year only in 2025.
The film’s writer Saurabh Gupta said in a special conversation… ‘At this time everything regarding Part 2 is in Sandeep’s mind. He is going to be busy in ‘spirit’ this year. In such a situation, he will start the sequel only after that. In the conversation, he definitely said that he has many thoughts on Part 2. However, nothing is final at this time.
In Animal Park What will be Rashmika’s take on the role of Geetanjali? What will he do with Ranvijay? Ranvijay’s father has cancer, what is his story? According to Zoya, we will also get to see some kind of revenge of Tripti, all of which will be in Part 2.
Spin-off on Abrar Ul Haq:
Of course, Saurabh rejects the news of making a spin-off i.e. a separate solo film on Bobby’s character Abrar Ul Haq. According to him, ‘It would be better if Sandeep himself says something on this, but its possibility is less. That’s because Abrar’s character has been killed. Also, if we show Abrar in his young age through any other artist, it will look quite artificial. Even if we go into the technical process of Deaging Ranbir, it will also be very long and expensive.
Saurabh said In ‘Part 1’ For a sequence, Ranbir’s character Ranvijay had to be shown as a teenager. Artificial Intelligence is not used in it. That was accomplished with VFX and CGI. Believe me, a whole month went into post production just for that sequence.
A bill of approximately one crore Rupees was made. The entire work was done by Red Chillies Company. Ranbir also did not use body double. He did the shoot himself but photographs were taken of him as he looked in his teenage years.
Then Ranbir was Deaged with the help of those photographs on every frame of the scene. Now if we want to show the spin-off of Abrar Ul Haq, we will have to go through a similar long and expensive process. Although anything is possible.
