Ramayana Movie is Ranbir Kapoor’s next upcoming movie which will be released in 2025. The shooting of this movie has started from Wednesday. The director of this film is Nitish Tiwari. In the film, Ranbir Kapoor is going to play the role of Lord Ram and South actress Sai Pallavi is going to play the role of Sita and Yash is going to play the role of Ravana.

Ranbir Kapoor’s previous film Animal was a blockbuster. The director of Ramayana Movie is Nitish Tiwari who had directed the movie Dangal and this movie is the highest grossing Bollywood movie. Actress Akruti Singh has shared some pictures from the sets of Ramayana movie. While sharing these pictures, Aakriti Singh has written Ramayana Day 01. Some child artists are shooting in the first schedule of Ramayana film and the one of the set of the film is completely ready.

Sakshi Tanwar will be seen playing the role of Ravana’s wife Mandodari. It is not yet decided who will play the role of Hanuman ji. Actor Yash will be involved in the shooting of Ramayana movie in July 2025. Currently, he is busy with the film “Toxic” to be released under his banner. Toxic will be released theatrically on April 10, 2025.

Namit Malhotra’s company is working on the VFX of the Ramayana film. Namit Malhotra is also the producer of this film and Ranbir Kapoor is getting his 3D scan done for this movie, for this he has gone to America several times. The set of Gurukul has also been prepared for the childhood part which will be shot in the first schedule of the film.

Arun Govil, who played the role of Ram in the old Ramayana series, will also join the shooting of this movie after the Lok Sabha elections. Arun Govil will play the role of Ram’s father Dasaratha in this movie. Different sets will be used to show the entire Ayodhya city. The film may be officially announced on Ram Navami on 17th April 2024.
